A current area of specialization is historic preservation real estate development. Kendall also has interests in several other operating businesses, including a pharmaceutical manufacturing business with brother Tim Breunig.

Eric Vogel is scholar-in-residence at the Taliesin Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona through spring of 2025. He is a designer, educator, architectural historian, and former Chair of the 3D Design Department at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design. As board president of the Wisconsin chapter of Docomomo US, Eric is currently editing a book on Milwaukee's 20th century architectural history entitled Milwaukee Moderns. Concurrently, he is working with the Museum of Wisconsin Art on two new architecture and design-related exhibitions: the evolution of Frank Lloyd Wright’s early modern furniture, from Taliesin to Usonia, and the photographic work of mid-century Wisconsin architectural photographer Richard H. Bills.

Jon is a Development Project Manager at Alexander Company and is responsible for new project development and the coordination of all aspects of the development process in projects across the United States. His responsibilities include analyzing prospective developments and feasibility, structuring complex financial tax credit investments, working with numerous community development programs, negotiating investment and loan terms, coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders, negotiating the acquisition and disposition of assets, performing due diligence, and reviewing legal documents. He has extensive experience working with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits, and New Markets Tax Credits. He has been a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences including the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Past Forward Conference, National Park Service Listening Sessions, and the Advisory Council of Historic Preservation’s Leveraging Workgroup.
